Code of Ethics

"REALTORS® are different from non-member licensees in that they voluntarily subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics." - National Association of REALTORS®

If you feel a REALTOR® has acted in a manner that violates the Code of Ethics, they should be reported to the appropriate organization.

What does that mean?

A REALTOR® will not...

mislead you on the price at which you can list your home or the savings of using their service, in order to secure your business.

A REALTOR® will...

preserve your confidential information. Even after your transaction is complete or you are no longer their client.

A REALTOR® will not..

deny services to any person based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

A REALTOR® will...

be honest and truthful in all real estate communications, presenting a true picture in their advertising and marketing, and clearly stating they are a licensed real estate agent.
